RETURN POLICY

We want you to love what you bring home. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

All returns are issued as store credit via electronic gift card. Store credit never expires. We do not offer refunds to credit cards or original payment methods.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on sale items marked "SALE," "Final Sale," or "Vintage," beauty and personal care items, undergarments, swimwear, custom or personalized items, perishable goods, or gift cards.

Online Orders

Prepaid return labels are available for your convenience. The cost of the label will be deducted from your store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once your return is received and confirmed in sellable condition, your store credit will be sent via email.

Shipping Liability

FORM + CONTENT is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Please retain your tracking information and contact your carrier directly for any delivery issues.
